Reimagining relationships, decolonizing minds.
An anti-oppressive approach to love and healing.

My methods
The three pillars of my work

How we learn...
conflict is our teacher.

How we navigate...
the body is our compass.

How we unlearn...
by decolonizing relationships.
A new way to be in relationship
By unlearning colonized psychology, reconnecting with the body, and practicing anti-oppressive relationship skills, we can learn how to tend to rupture with the self-awareness and integrity needed to build lasting connections rooted in reciprocal care.
