The Art of Self Leadership
A foundational 6-week program that offers a mix of cultural education and decolonized relationship skill building.
In Western culture, there's a systemic lack of accountability. People are regularly gaslit, blamed, or distracted away from noticing and addressing the ways that corporations, governments, and colonial institutions cause harm and fail to repair it.
This macro scale cultural avoidance of accountability trickles into and deeply effects the micro; our personal lives.
Humans learn how to relate to one another other through the cultural norms we witness and experience. The reason many of us are lacking repair skills is because they haven't been modelled for us. This is a collective experience, one that we all suffer from on a macro and micro scale.
This course is a place to develop that skillset so you can build relationships grounded in reciprocal care. This is individual work with profound collective impact: every time we level up our ability to 'be peace' and refuse what doesn’t serve us, we shift collective culture toward accountability and care.
Just as systems shape us, we can and do shape them too.
You will learn to..
- separate truth from story
- set boundaries that are kind and clear
- develop a relationship with your intuition
- listen to your needs and do away with self-abandonment
- understand your patterns in context, and shift them from a place of compassion
- walk with integrity, even when it’s hard
